This blog contains articles about general diet and nutrition tips and fitness tips mainly geared towards the over 40 population. We all want to feel and look our best but at what cost. In this blog I am advocating the use of natural products and moderation in general.

Ok, who am I? Actually, I am being asked where I’m from, since I have an accent and people are curious. My answer to that is: I am from many places. And really that is how I feel. I am a Hungarian born and raised in Transylvania, yep…it is a real place šŸ™‚ but lived pretty much all my adult life in Canada. My background is versatile: worked as a dietary technician, as systems analyst,etc. Having fun, that’s what matters šŸ™‚

I am relying on my 5 years of experience as a Dietary tech working for the largest hospital in BC (Vancouver General Hospital), followed by some information seminars that I held for TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) in northern BC.

This experience allows me to understand and evaluate the multitude, no, the absolutely endless number of different diets that are out there and all claim that we will lose weight and keep it off. And that is what we want but what actually happens is something different.

NO LONG LASTING WEIGHT LOSS WILL EVER HAPPEN IF THERE IS NO PERMANENT CHANGE TO YOUR LIFESTYLE!

Simple as that.
