It is a bit strange now that I start to think about it. We are all enthused about exercising and go for walks, go to the gym but we forget one important part of our body: our face. We should and should have been exercising our faces just as much. No wonder we see severe signs of age on the most fit grannie. We have all seen at one time or another this super fit older person with a scary looking old face.
Well it doesn’t have to be that way and it’s never too late. Try to do regular, I mean daily Facial Yoga. I am starting today. I am expecting to see results in a few weeks.
